I received the 6 gallon tank and it came with a grey hose and fuel filter. Am I supposed to install these. There are no instructions.3 stars until I figure this out and test the tank.I have updated my review to 5 stars because I have tested the tank and it works as it should. I still don’t know why the extra parts came with it but I didn’t need them.

So you found a dead car that you feel that you can resurrect? This "boat tank" can be your helper. Comes complete with many of the items you will need for your revival ceremony. I added an electric fuel pump to ensure fuel flow past the helpful bulb primer that is included. Keep a fire extinguisher handy along with this tank and its highly flammable contents, Safety First! May your Resurrections be fruitful! Tighten the screws on this tank as they were all loose upon checking.

Tank and hose is fine. Good quality. Only reason for 3 stars is it didn’t come with the pictured vent cap. Don’t know if that was a packaging error or if I just misread the description. Before writing this I read the item description again and it doesn’t say anything about cap not included. Now I have to scramble to find the right size cap for it as the size is not a regular fuel can cap.

This worked for a month. It then leaked all over. The tank inlet is faulty and the hose ball bearing fell out also
