Good book to have when taking college classes

Looks like it's just a copy of an online guide. Not the real book. Don't waste your money.

I gave this manual one star because I couldn't go lower. I was hoping for a easy to understand APA Manual but this is confusing. The manual could have been more precise instead of being double-spaced with only a few words on each page and made to appear that the author was trying to make the manual over 100 pages in total. I have seen more helpful guides only a few pages long. Don't purchase the manual. It needs a complete make-over.

I bought this instead of the official version as it was cheaper. I also forgot to check the reviews. Please believe the comments above and don't waste your money. The grammar and spelling errors alone leave me wondering how accurate the actual APA information is. The format is absolutely useless. Many times it says to see the below examples and there are none. DO NOT BUY!!!

I have been unable to get to a drop off, print and box this item as required for a return . I have a piece of free garbage if anyone wants it . Four graduate degrees and years of work as a professor; I know what I’m taking about and I’m using my real name . Please don’t waste your valuable money .

I suspect this book was written by someone for whom English is not their first language. In addition, some sections are repeats of previous sections - word for word - adding nothing but verbiage. In addition, some of the (very few) examples are just wrong. What a waste of paper and money!

Do not buy this. Good thing it was cheap. There are many grammatical errors in this manual and information is organized very poorly. Honestly, if you want to learn how to write in APA Style, just learn from Google.

As other reviewers have said, this "manual" is riddled with spelling and grammar errors, including one on the front cover. The information is unclear, vague and poorly organized. Basically unusable. I wish I hadn't bought it.
