JY COOKMENT 15.7" Enameled Oval Roaster with Domed Lid - For Turkey, Chicken, Ham, Dishwasher Safe

I really like the size of this roasting pan and the double option rack is a nice touch, with the V-rack and the smaller rack under it to hold veggies, etc.... (The racks separate into two pieces, if you need to use only one of them at at time.) The handles make it easy to grip and handle, even with heavy meat in the pan, and It also came with a baster, plus a brush to clean the baster tube out. It is a beautiful, quality made, sturdy stainless steel, but I highly recommend spraying the whole thing down with cooking spray or oil, so that cleaning it is not such a task. It's a great pan for turkey, large chickens, and large roasts.

Nice pan for the price! The 10lb turkey I roasted in it kind of swam (didn't need one so large) but it worked just great! I didn't end up using the baster/injectors/cleaning brush that came with it but they were nice to have. Should last me forever. No complaints!

Great product but my turkey cooked a top and not the bottom. The pan is too deep for a turkey roast. We’ll keep it for use of other dishes. I prefer stainless steel.

This granite roaster is perfect for a smaller roast for 2 people. We love ours.

Use this small roaster all the time, would have a hard time doing without.

Being this is an Amazon Basics roasting pan at a great price, I wasn’t expecting too much of a quality pan mainly because it was an Amazon Basics branded pan. For the price, it should have been a lightweight stainless pan and the handles should have been very loosely attached to the pan. To my great surprise, this roasting pan is of high quality stainless steel and of superior heft. The handles are well attached and should last a lifetime—the same for the roasting pan itself. A friend of mine purchased the Hestan roasting pan and I must say that this pan weighs as much as the Hestan. What I particularly liked about this pan were the dimensions. I purchased this pan with the express purpose for using as a water batch for my USA Pan springform pan which needs a roasting pan with a minimum12” width. Try finding one was difficult enough and this pan was the only one with this measurement. I can highly recommend this roasting pan with the stainless steel rack.

HORRIBLE! The wording burnt up in front of me as soon as I plugged it in! I sent it back, bought another and the SMAE THING HAPPENED AGAIN! I grew away the 2nd one and just lost the money.
