The product does not work. My child head is still going inside water

For 18+ kgs only.
The product us very nice. But my son is 3 and is 15 kgs. This doesnt work for 2 to 4 year kids. Infact the qeight limit specified on the product is 18+ kgs. Not all 2/3 year olds are 19 kgs
