Avoid unless you’re trying to make yourself sick
I had to dig around quite a bit to find out what these actually are. “Brazil seeds” would lead one to believe that they’re Brazil nuts (which despite what most people call them, are in fact seeds.) But then I know I’ve eaten Brazil nuts before without noticing any particular effects, while only 2 doses of this “supplement” made me feel like I was going to die.Turns out, these are kukui nuts, also called candlenuts. Do a Google search and you’ll find that they are widely known to cause diarrhea in small amounts, and in larger amounts are toxic. So if you take this and suddenly have to run to the bathroom, it’s NOT because your body is “detoxing” in some way. It’s because you’re taking a known poison. Fun, right? This could certainly lead to weight loss, but I can think of healthier and safer ways to achieve the same thing.

I have tried many appetite suppressants over the years & this one is the real deal & its 100% natural. No side affects aside from weight loss. Have purchased 3 times already. Fantastic product that does what it advertises to do, curbs your appetite & is an excellent weight reducer. I went down from 170 to 134 im a period of 3 months using this product & no exercise
