I gave it one star because you can't write a review without it. The product contains Lithium Carbonate, which is used for treatments of mani-depression and bipolar. I did not open, but yet I can not return.

I have sciatica which can have extremely painful nerve cramps in my hip and down my leg. I have to do a series of yoga like, Egoscue stretches and positions to help curb the sharp pain . Newton LabsSciatica Nerve Care drops are very good at easing frazzled nerves that are irritated but not causing sharp pain !!!!!Excellent product !!!!!!!!!
