seller contact information for 3 months free replacement warranty?

I recently received BF150 replacement bulb compatible for all 12" G10Q base. The bulb did not last for even for 8hrs. It is a defective bulb. How can I get a free replacement?

What is the UV output in Watts?

The original tubes in my bug zapper were 30 watt. These 15 watt replacement work just as well at attracting the bugs which go snap, crackle and pop nicely.
