I have bad SI issues and bought the belt in mind of giving support to lower back. The packaging looks professional too. However, after a few on and off wears, the Velcro (which hold the belt around the waist) will no longer stick. Therefore, the belt is useless. If the belt had quality Velcro, it we be a great belt for SI issues. I would not buy again.

I have a more expensive belt that PT recommended but I forgot to take it on vacation. I ordered this one to use this trip and leave in the car and it works just as well as the other one. Great support and less pain.

I really like it it helps a lot only down side for me is it tends to roll up after awhile

Comfortable because it is narrow. Easy to put on and the tighten with side stretch panels. Holds that back in place when it acts up.

I Have a small fracture on my lower spine which causes my back to ache and also affects my left hip.It is difficult to position this belt correctly to cover my back problem because the belt is not properlygraduated where it is supposed to connect. This causes the plastic part to scrape me in front where the closure is. I thought about trimming it but then it would just fray and separate from the rest of the belt. Also, because this doesn't come in more sizes, the added striped portion does not fit well. It bunches up which doesn't help my back any. No instructions came with this belt either.Not happy with it.

Love the belt, wear it every day since the day I bought , I have seen tremendous help from day one!I have a little problem though, the Velcro seems to becoming undone, wish it was stronger as its becoming uncomfortable !
