I LOVE ART DECO. I LIVE FOR ART DECO. I plan my vacations around locating obscure Art Deco architecture. However, even I have not seen/visited/read about some of the sites photographed here.

The tours in this book are totally amazing. I suggest printing the section map and skimming ahead you take a the walk; you'll have way more time to make out in deco vestibules that way.

The author's style is refreshing and informative, well conveying his passion for the subject matter. The book is loaded with fascinating facts about building's I pass every day! I will now look with fresh eyes at these buildings thanks to this wonderful book. It will be a cherished addition to my architectural library.
