Great book to get and over view of kundalini yoga . Beginners and advance practitioner will greatly appreciate the knowledge and research that went into making this book.

Interessante em saber a causa/consequencia do trabalho da yoga no que diz respeito à despertar a força Kundalini.O livro faz provocações interessantes também (como, na visão dos centros energéticos pelos videntes, uma discriminação de outras linguas que não o sanscrito). O inglês está um pouco mais dificil do que outros livros do Gopi Krishna. Mas ainda assim eu recomendo.
