The tv was cracked and broken didn’t even want to send it back so sad i live Amazon but needs better shipping support with purchases like these

Company sent me the wrong remote control doesn't work with the TV they sent me
The TV works good has a good picture but I had to use a different remote than they sent me

Received a tv that had clearly been used and returned
I clearly received someone’s returned to as the box had someone else’s address label on it (not blacked out just slapped on there) the seal that said it had been quality checked was sliced open and the box then just resealed. The tv was not properly wrapped or padded in the box. The box was very badly damaged and there tV I received was clearly just someone else’s return.

Do not buy this garbage.
The box was broken, beaten up and taped everywhere. The TV itself seems like the screen is detached and doesn’t display an image just colourful lines. Disappointed is an understatement. Furious.

My daughter loves it
We got this TV for my 8 year old. It says it’s used but honestly, it’s in brand new condition. The actual TV works great, it has all the features of a smart TV. Super happy with the purchase.
