I have owned this device for less than a month and am so happy with it. I wear hearing aids in both ears and have had issues with ear wax getting into the filters many times over the years. Sometimes I was able to clean the wax from the tips and sometimes it took a trip to my hearing specialist to get my hearing aids cleaned and functioning properly again. The first day I used this ear scope I was able to finally see inside my ears and clean my ear canals safely by being able to see what I was doing. I am so happy to know that I will not have to schedule appointments with my hearing specialist and take the time to go to those appointments for something I can take care of in the comfort of my own home! This product is what it advertised it to be, and the setup process didn't give me any headaches. The control was good, picture quality is OK for its price. The only slight complaint I can ever think of is the head of the remover is kind of too soft sometimes to remove ear wax sticking to the skin. Overall, it is great

It’s a very nice product. Easy to use, can let you see what’s happening in your ear, which is crucial for curing ear diseases like otitis media and otitis externa. And of course it can help you remove your ear wax. I like it and would recommend it.

This is a handy little tool to have. There is a learning curve to handle it properly and move it the right way you need. But it’s definitely wonderful if you deal with excessive earwax or have kids ears to check for blockages or infections.

I ordered a similar product from a different company, but the scooping spoon broke after a week or two of use and they didn’t provide any spares. This company provided at least half a dozen spares, plus the price is good. Overall very good product for someone who has some trouble cleaning their ears.
