This air intake system is one of a kind! It offers the best filtration without breaking the bank. Overall performance of the air filter for me has been for my MPG. I have improved about 1 to 2 MPG in the city which I am shocked to say the least. Installation and durability are that of a usual K&N intake system. Well designed and well modified. The directions made this install very easy for anyone. You do notice a difference in sound just slightly but not an obnoxious sound by any means. With the increase in gas mileage this would be good for any party whether you are installing for more horsepower or installing to get better fuel economy with this system you get both!

I got a big surprise after installing this. It sounds so much better than I thought it would. Great build quality. No drone sounds. As soon as you start pushing the transmission a bit that's when you hear your engine sound completely different. It roars.

Make a huge difference on 3.6 Wrangler. The throaty sound is just perfect not too loud. Ive had a number of different intakes over time this has been the best one Ive purchased from the airflow to the sound and performance.

I like the performance of the K&N cold air intake thus far. Cannot say it has given much better fuel improvement but it definitely improved the torque and HP, not to mention the low growl that comes out when you accelerate through the gears. The instructions could use a bit of improvement because the tolerances are so close one has to use alternative measures to get the box inserted into the rubber boots under the box itself. Also registering the unit through K&N was seamless, albeit still waiting for a response...Would definitely recommend if you have a Jeep and are running a 3.6l engine.
