Good flavor

Discovered these from a friend a year ago and now use them frequently on the weekend to get uninterrupted restful sleep. Best thing is no groggy feel or sedation. These are relaxing.

This vitamin works really well for me. I take it in the evening and over time I have physically felt that I have less stress in my body. Sadly I hate the new flavor and consistency - also the new ones feel like a rip off because you have to take two when before you only took one.

Since I started taking this chewable gummies I feel so much better. My sleep quality and so much better that I have been waking up so relaxed.

UPDATE: had not purchased these since January and apparently HUM changed the formula. Perhaps because they got enough complaints about the little hard pieces inside the gummies, but now the texture of the ASHWAGANDHA CALM GUMMIES is a super soft texture (not appealing)and the taste is different too and not in a good way. Boo.Thus review isn’t to be critical about the products benefits or taste. I’m on my fourth bottle of these Hum Calm. I first ordered these from UrbanOutfitters and I liked them and there wasn’t a texture issue like I’m now experiencing from the 3 bottles from Amazon. There are small hard pieces within the gummies that are difficult to chew and make the gummy unpleasant. This is obviously a quality control issue where they are being produced and I’m not going to continue purchasing them until it’s fixed. I’m hoping someone else will write a review mentioning this issue. The photos show the pieces I’m describing. Other than that issue, I love the taste(they don’t taste like licorice IMO)and I sleep deep after just one!
