This fan is a winner in my book! Excellently pleased. Great value for money. Sleek design, functional with all the great features. A remote with variable light color renditions, timer, speed control and most importantly very very quiet. I love this and I highly recommend it. As a matter of fact, I’m thinking to replace all my fans with this brand and model.

Installation was straightforward, and the modern black design instantly upgraded the look of my room. The remote control is very convenient, allowing me to adjust the 6 fan speeds and the dimmable light settings without getting up. I really like the 3 color temperature options (CCT), which let me switch from a bright daylight feel to a warm, cozy ambiance depending on the mood. The reversible DC motor is a huge plus—powerful airflow in the summer and circulation in the winter with just the touch of a button. I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt it deserved to be shared. I recently installed two of these ceiling fans in my living room, and not only do they look fantastic and work perfectly, but the customer service truly went above and beyond. Due to my sloped ceiling, I needed a 24" extension down rod. After purchasing the down rods, I realized I would also need longer wiring to complete the installation. I reached out to customer support with some questions about the electrical schematic and explained my situation. To my surprise, they responded very promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to ensure I was set up for success. What really blew me away was that they offered to send me a compatible extension down rod and the extension wiring I needed—completely taking the stress out of what could have been a complicated situation. It’s rare these days to see a company so willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and I was honestly caught off guard in the best way. As for the fans themselves: they have a memory function, which is great if you want to use a wall switch to turn them on and off—the fans will recall their last settings. When you want to make adjustments, the wireless remote makes it easy. You can even pair multiple fans to a single remote, which is super convenient. All in all, I highly recommend these fans—not only for their sleek design and features but especially for the outstanding customer support. It made all the difference in my experience.

Assembly is a normal for this kind of appliance and it is just tedious, time consuming but not difficult. Mounting the fan is simple, too, however, installing or rather stuffing the large remote controller into the ceiling mounting housing is another story altogether. There is not enough room for the box and all the wiring and cables, and the task takes quite a bit of doing. I took one star off for that. The fan is easy to control, runs noiselessly, looks pleasant, and of course, durability is still TBD.

I've had this fan for a couple of years and it's great but I need a new clicker for it because it rendered my light switch unusable for some reason. I'd really appreciate it if somebody could reach out to me and send me a new clicker because I lost my old one and now there's no way to turn off the lights in the kitchen.

We liked this fan so much that we reordered it for several rooms. It is whisper quiet, has a modern look, good air flow, remote control, solid build, and has been a good choice for our home. When the light cover was accidentally cracked, the company replaced it for free, which was an appreciated response. Great product and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I bought two fans and paid hundreds to get then installed by an electrician. Fans are poor quality and have to constantly be adjusted or they will rattle. I would return them but then I would be out the installation cost. I do not recommend.

After purchasing 3 others, and returning them, this Is exactly what I was looking for. Sleek Smooth modern look. Replaced my Stealth Casablanca which cost 10 times as much currently. Love the brightness' of the 24w led lighting and the 3 options color changes. Installed in my Kitchen and fits right in with my black and stainless steel color Skeem.
