Value for money but as with all glucosamine tabs it's difficult to tell any improvement.

My second month and I feel regular use is helping my aching joints so I can perform my exercise regime with more confidence and every day life comfortable

After hours of research, I found this to be the best joint supplement and after giving it a try, I can safely say I agree. I tested other Glucosamine supplements but they didn't include ingredients like MSM or had lower doses. While this is a pricier alternative, it doesn't matter to me since it actually did the job. My joints feel less swollen and I have a lot less pain. In the end, I probably wasted more money trying supplements that didn't work than the price of this one that did.

Too early to tell if they are working or not as I've only used them for a week. However the taste once in your mouth is quite nasty, kind of bitter fishy taste. They are quite big but easy enough to follow. Take 3 x a day, one with each meal. Will update in a few weeks.
