A: Like a pork rind, but crispy chicken skin.  Unfortunately, it's fried in soybean oil, which is highly inflammatory and a precursor to many diseases, and a monocrop that is bad for the environment.

A: I just read a bag and it was 470mg per SERVING. In each bag.
