I read the ingredients and they are very similar to the face lotion the first 10 ingredients are all the same?** A: I use it all over my face with no problems. I like to spray a nice moisturizing toner (CeraVe), put a hyaluronic acid serum (Swanson's Vitamin brand) and top it off with this Naturium moisturizer. It feels great on the skin. Doesn't break me out or clog my pores. Works nice under foundation too. **Q: How can I get the pump to work? It doesn’t release.** A: I unscrewed the pump unit from the bottle. I noticed once opened that the whole unit including the “straw-like” tube spun when attempting to unlock the top pump. I held right under the lid firmly (white part with ridges) then succeeded in unscrewing the top part. **Q: I'm confused how this can be "fragrance free"?? Shea Butter has it's own scent naturally.....** A: it’s super subtle. it won’t be very fragrant like other shea butter products & it doesn’t leave smell after you apply. **Q: Confusing as to whether this has a scent or not. Does it?** A: No scent. I cannot have ANYTHING with scents, fragrances, etc. This product is the best lotion I've ever purchased. I have used many other ones that just don't do good enough. I'm a germaphobe and wash my hands a lot so they get dry and sometimes flakey. My hands and nails both get so dry that it hurts. This moisturizer is perfect. It goes on smooth, not too thick, doesn't just lay on ur hands, absorbs well, and most importantly moisturizes ur hands well. It makes my hands soft. Since I've used this a few times a day, my hands look more glowy and not dry. My nails also look less brittle. Love this product. Would totally buy it again. AND BY THE WAY--- this is a real review. I have chronic dry skin, like born with dry skin. I’ve used every type of wet skin moisturizer, CeraVe, multiple exfoliating products, I do everything right and could still wake up in the morning with flakes on my arms and legs. Winter, summer in the mid 80s and high humidity, it literally doesn’t matter. Even every summer I get one episode of bad flaking it’s honestly embarrassing. I’m also lazy and don’t like applying lotion at night and in the morning, plus it’d make me super hot. I found this on a reddit thread when I was just gonna accept the flakes forever, and decided to give it a try. I applied this after showering, shaving, AND exfoliating, which is a double whammy for stripping the moisture on my legs. After drying off I applied this everywhere. It’s buttery smooth, and I woke up to hardly any flakes on my legs. Only if I was REALLY looking there’d be a very tiny few, which was easily remedied by applying just a little bit of lotion the next day. BUT not only did it fix my dry flaky issue, my skin feels and looks different, in a good way! And it stays that way until I shower again. It even made applying SPF 50 sunscreen absorb better because normally you can see the white streaks. It’s unscented, so I could still smell my yummy tree hut scrub.
