Works great so far.
I made a lamp out of a water bottle and salad bowl. I put Christmas lights inside the water bottle. The lamp itself worked by its switch but I could not easily connect the Christmas lights to the lamps switch so I needed a separate switch. So it’s me being a little lazy. Adding the switch was very easy and I was able to do it rather quickly. I will be using this switch again on my next project. And I do use this lamp everyday so I have put some use to it. So not having any problems with the switch at all.

Very good quality
Surprisingly a very good quality piece. I even had to modify it slightly, which I knew before buying and it didn't fall apart in my hands. Sturdy, the toggle mechanism works very well and the housing as a nice, thick plastic. It cut very well with small wire snips and didn't crush into a ball of garbage.I didn't need two of course, but hey, Amazon is counting on my buying a second .25c China piece to prorate the shipping. I'll put the other in the tool box as I'm sure the need will arise and I feel confident this will be there waiting for me when I'm ready.

Works well you will need to remove about 2" of sheeting from cord.
This works for me.First thing unplug the cord and wait 30 seconds for electricity to disparate. Removed the black sheeting from the cord, to get to the colored wires inside. Find the + wire and cut it than removed the sheeting so I could tighten down to the screw connections. Take the other two wires and pushed them down away from the middle of the switch, (they have more room at the bottom of the switch) Last I put a little bit of liquid rubber around the ends of the switch to make sure the fit would be tight, so water stays out and fire takes longer to get out. I took a picture for you so you can see how the works. please note if you don't know what your doing do so carefully. Electricity can kill and or burn you. Your + wire may be different than mine. Here on my cord, it's white wire. I am not responsible if you burn down your house, and or of injury or death! talk to a electrician if you don't know what you are doing. I hope you find my feedback useful.

Good product
Bought these to replace in line lamp switches that were installed by a lamp shop. The switches that they had used were the cheapest of the cheap and were a fire hazard. These are solid and the wires are securely mounted. No flickering of the lamp (if installed properly).

quality switch
I wanted to replace my broken "turn wheel " lamp switch with a rocker on/off switch. This worked nicely and had a solid feel to it. The end holes were big enough for my lamp cord . --- Also the online diagram from Lantee was perfectly easy to understand. I'm happy with this purchase.

an ON/OFF in line switch that works and is easy to install
Finally, an ON/OFF in line switch that works and is easy to install. If you have purchased the typical switches at the big box stores and found they are too small for the wiring on your lamp (as I did 3 different times) then you WILL be thrilled with this one!

Click on, click off
Item as described easy to install. I read the other reviews before I installed and it helped. Cut and splice the small prong wire that's the hot wire. I was able to do this since there was no instructions included by reading the amazon reviews. Thanks people

These worked wonderfully. I had three touch lamps that would not go off anymore because of so many electrical surges. When you plug them in they are on for good. My son put these inline switches on them and they're as good as new. He thought I should have ordered white ones, but I couldn't find any that stood out as much as these. He installed them on the cord very close to the lamp so the switch in on the table where they can be seen.Don't throw those touch lamps out. Fix them with these inline switches.

Up-date - 'Leaks" Power
Arrived promptly, thank you Amazon, and was EXACTLY as described. This is a very well-made and should be very durable over time. The internal parts are very robust and the wire attachment screws are well-sized. I purchased these to use as a switch for normal room lights and they worked 100%. When I replaced some of the incandescent bulbs with low wattage LED bulbs I noticed the bulbs had a very slight glow to them. - even when the switch was off. I thought it was the switches fault. It wasn't. If you research this it is apparently a common phenomenon with low wattage LED bulbs that are so much more efficient than incandescent bulbs that even their proximity to wire carrying voltage can cause them to glow slightly. The internet carries solutions. But long story short this is a very good switch.

Good switch for the chicken coop
Works well in conjunction with my 50W LED flood light I have wired in the chicken coop. I needed a switch for it, as I keep power in the rest of the coop at night for heaters and heat lamps and can't have that bright light running day and night.Once you unscrew the switch cover, the ONLY wire that gets connected to the terminal inside the switch is the power ( a black or red wire). I used a connector and removed the bigger screw on the terminal and tightened it down, I don't like wires that might losen and shorten things out, -or cause fires. Then i connected the neutral from my light (white) to the neutral from my wired in cable, same thing with ground (green, or non insulated). I used heat shrink terminals on each individual wire, and wrapped each individual wire with electrical tape around the connections to make sure there is no hazard.I was unable to fit all 3 wires inside the switch this way as it got quite bulky, so I only had the power wire inside the switch, and the rest outside and finally wrapped everything with electrical tape around the switch. There is no way anything can short out as every connection is double sealed, it does not look pretty and probably is against code, but since it is in my chicken coop and is safe and works as it should I don't care.

Good quality
I used this for new lights I ordered to make the in/off switch easier. The switch is great just wish you could screw them into place ( to the back of night stand )

Easy to install
I replaced an old inline switch on a studio light, so no changes were required. Simply tighten the screws onto the wires, lay the wires in the back of the case, put the front in place and install the case screws. It's an easy fix.
