VEVORwith PVC Tube Covers for Ski Boat, Fishing Boat or Sailboat Trailer

I have purchased several sets of boat trailer guides. These have by far the best right angle brackets, smooth and nicely finished. In addition, they will not trap water at the bend, which most others do, and if a trailer is stored outdoors, that water will eventually rust through the bracket. Even so, the mounting U-bolts are tiny, which gave me little confidence they would not bend or break if the boat ever whacks the guide a little too hard. I ended up adding a second fastener at the inner end, but it should not be necessary.

Over all they appear to be good for the price but as other people have mentioned the Ubolts are week and snapped trying to make this tight to the trailer. Hardware store here I come. I have now installed a thicker ubolt and it’s much snugger and fills out the holes on the adapter plate perfectly. Recommend to everyone.

I’m not sure these will work on my old trailer. The frame has a curve at the back-end of it and the metal brackets must go on a straight piece in order to clamp on. Not as easy of an install at this point and need to go back to the drawing board.

They we not too bad to assemble. They were a great help loading the boat in windy area.

The brackets were too small to use on my 21’ trailer. I had to purchase my own nuts and bolts and drill holes. Other than that they are quite sturdy and well built.

They are ok, easy install

Not the best quality. U bolt snapped with very little pressure, but was still very easy to turn and u bolt snapped. Also I got one pvc guide post that fit and the other had to be hammered on because inside was so thick. But I would go with a better more durable option

Box the guides arrived in was totally destroyed but product seemed fine. U-bolts don’t align well with holes but again I could get them installed. After finishing the second guide installation I looked at the first and found the SS bolt had broken at the bend. I tightened, but didn’t overtighten the 1/4” bolts.I now don’t trust the other 3 I installed, will probably buy my own.

I put these on my boat trailer and they work great, should have put them on 10 years ago. I can now put trailer in far enough that I don't have to crank in 10ft.

Good product easy to install mounting hardware on the light side. One U bolt broke now having a hard time to replace. Metal is painted and not galvanized. Metal is pretty heavy gauge.

The post are fine, it's the hardware that is week I don't expect it to last very long, I will have to source some elsewhere.

I installed led light strips under the white tubes. work great.

The mounting kit is not sufficient. Just a light touch while loading the boat bent the brackets beyond usefulness.
