Great product. I have only been taking them a week and feel they are helping along with another of his products. I have not had any bad side effects and have been only taking 2 a day. will start increasing dosage as recommended. This is an excellent product. With the proper diet and exercise, Dr. Christopher's joint formula can help repair inflamed joints. I have experienced the repair of a wrist using this formula. It took almost a year. I still take the joint formula to reduce inflammation. It is not a substitute for pain relievers.

I am 72, and a tomboy forever. I have fractured too many bones to count, which means that I have arthritis through out my body. And pain, used to that is. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Nothing really helps with pain. My daughter bought me this. I had a bad flare up. Could hardly get out of bed.
