I bought this to fabricate some parts for my brother-in-law's Hoyer Lift. This heavy aluminum was exactly what I needed, at a reasonable price. No, it isn't perfectly smooth, but if you need smooth, just sand it! I did that in the spots where the axles went, and it wasn't hard to do.

Just what I needed
Bar stock like this is hard to find locally. I needed this to make some thick shims for mounting a winch with U-bolts to a steel bar. Worked for my purpose, and delivery was fast. No complaints.
