sorry but I didn’t like anything. Way too complicated to set up. Scuba is a relaxing experience, if I have to stress out with settings going sideways, like control buttons going backwards all of a sudden or mess with my phone settings just to use the case, or guess and try for 10 minutes just how to open the camera app no thank you. In addition I want to use the built in iphone flash, and if you use it you get the reflex of the casing glass. Then the case it’s way too big. So no way too many cons. Just how the instruction manual is written and how small the font is tells you this is not a user friendly device. Even the instructions are messy and let you guess what to do. I definitely need a camomil after this.

Customer service is terrible not as described
The case is fine the issue is it is didn’t include the right adapter for the max pro plus. I was told it had 4 adapters one each for the 12/13 pro (which are exactly the same) one each for the 12/13 pro max. When l contacted customer service it took 4 days of back and forth before they told me to return and reorder as the new one should have the needed brackets the 2nd one did not and was obviously a open box item. To finally solve the issue a friend helped me by 3D printing our own bracket because l like the case other wise.

iPhone 13pro max doesn’t fit
I only received fittings for iPhones 12 pro e 13 pro. I just realized that months after I bought it when I went to use it and now it is too late to return it. I haven’t been able to use it, as I have an iPhone pro 13 max, even though they said it fits. Is there any way I can get the insert for the IPhone 13 pro max?
