Ok, I put my OnePlus 10 Pro in the case and chucked it down the stairs and wasn't surprised to learn that it survived without any damage, so the case is good. the fingerprint was a little trickier, but to be honest if you intend to put a screen in front of a screen, expect issues. This case came with the option of the fingerprint screen or screen less in the same kit. What I found, if this helps anyone, is to not set up fingerprint access before you put the phone case on. I found that if you do the fingerprint isn't recognised. So after a few attempts I decided to put the case on with the screen protector that came with the kit and then did the fingerprint setup. Since then the fingerprint works well. Overall, well recommended and super fast delivery.

Good case but if you remove the built in screen protector it's liable to break as its very flimsy, I've has this with other 360 cases but the back bit is very well built & I like the fact that you can use another 3rd party screen protector with it, fingerprint worked well with the inbuilt protection

Unfortunately this case sadly doesn't live up to expectations, while the case is decent and I do actually like that it has the option to choose their screen protector case or your own when setting up this case, however it's difficult to install with the outer case fit being quite difficult to fit in. The screen protector is a let down, followed the instructions but getting this rainbow effect which is shown in the photo which covers quite a large area, followed up by "grid like" dots in areas of the screen if even sightly pressing on the phone. In general, this may lead to some poor viewing experiences if you are using your phone consistently. Durability wise this case does feel tough especially with the "frame" that comes with it but i feel doubtful it would survive a few moderate bumps at this rate. To finish this review, while the case does have some merit and could last for some time depending on how careful you are, I can't say the same for the screen protector which is poor.

Great phone case, good protection, had too buy two in total over a few years because eventually they get too beaten up, testament to the case suppose. Only downside is fingerprint scanning goes a bit rubbish over time but that's not surprising really.

Not as durable as advertised the front bit has a crack after a slight drop, I am now looking for something which will actually protect my fone because I'm sure one more accidental drop and that will leave my device super vulnerable .I was under the impression that the front would be stronger because that's where your device is prone to damage . The case is ok apart from the front panel that is flimsy and cracks easily

The stand at the back works well both in portrait and landscape mode

J'adore ce genre de coque 360 tout est protégé malgré 3 chutes le téléphone est comme neuf ! le petit plus vous pouvez mettre la coque avec la protection d'écran ou non !! Une façade vous est fourni ...cependant la taille fait mauvais ménage avec un verre trempé la béquille derrière est très pratique enfin malgré une taille impressionnante je peux poser le télephone sur le support en voiture ça rentre très bien ! je vous conseille ce produit qui peut sauver votre oneplus de la catastrophe

I ordered this case from by Poetic Revolution for my husband along with one for myself when he specifically asked for this brand thinking maybe he had just picked one that came in all black. The military grade drop protection is first class, my Pixel 7pro survived falling out of a carnival ride at pretty high speed and his has been left out in the rain, accidentally hit with a hammer, and dropped so many times he's lost count. It is a bit bulky for smaller hands like mine but he has no problem sliding out the kickstand and using it to keep his phone in hand. He's using the included screen protection cover and has had zero problems with the fingerprint reader. Mine is basically naked, but the Poetic case has enough of a ridge around the screen that even when whisked away from the flying swings onto a cotton candy cart, my Pixel screen remained scratch free. When I asked him to rate his case so I could add the review here he said hands down this case is 5 stars. The price point is insanely low for such a quality product. For reference he uses the One Plus 10 Pro. Excellent value for the money! We got both for less than the cost of one Otterbox.

I got this few weeks ago and this is aweful product. Outer cover is very strong and protective but the frame which holds the cover is very very fragile. I have broken 1 frame completely just 3 days after receiving and 2nd one broke 1 day after replacing the frame. Now i am using it sticking with superglue. And this cover is useless without frame. This thing is awful. Don't buy it. Better to buy chip one.
