This product has a good appearance and is packaged well, but the instructions need editing by a native-English speaker or someone fluent in English language technical writing. However, instructions are still understandable. All parts are manufactured accurately. The unit functions electrically as expected, including charging, display lights and controls. The product functioned properly on one skin tag. However, it was tested on six small, flat moles, five cherry angiomas and one 1/2 inch diameter seborrheic keratosis, and was unsuccessful in eliminating or reducing them, despite following instructions before, during and up to two weeks after use. The intensity, or power level, was increased several times on the keratosis, and did significantly darken the entire area during use, but after the desiccated tissue wore off, the underlying keratosis remained unchanged. The small moles and cherry angiomas did not require elevated power levels to destroy the top tissue, but yet they withstood the process and after several weeks of healing appeared as they did before the process.As for the pain and smell of burning skin, it was not very uncomfortable, and any moving air is sufficient to reduce undesirable odor, but it is slight enough not to be concerned with. The stinging of the electricity is tolerable for most people, and after several spots being treated, the user's attention focuses almost entirely on the procedure. A steady hand and careful focus is required. Use of mirrors is not recommended, nor any other visually angled view, due to the need for precision.Overall, I give this a pass for skin tags but nothing else. It might be possible that increasing the power significantly, above 5, would work on the cherry angiomas, but based on my experience it would be best to leave that to the dermatologist. Which, by the way, reminds me to state that my use and opinions about this device are strictly my own experience and that I do not recommend any medical procedures for others.

I ordered the tool a few weeks ago and I am already thrilled with the results. I had a number of age spots, nevus and hanging moles and I was able to treat them effectively at home with excellent results and no issues whatsoever. I had a very large multi layer nevus under my forearm that had been treated several times with liquid nitrogen at the dermatologist's office at the cost of $150 per treatment and it just would not go away. I treated once on level 3 with the tool and it was 95% removed. The remaining amount, I used the tool on level 2 and it was gone. The skin healed very quickly, typically about a week, and without any visible scarring. I am very happy to say that my skin is now blemish free and I didn't have to the spend the time and exorbitant amounts of money at the dermatologist.

Works great, easy to use. Their was a bit of discomfort. I had my mom do them for me. It did leave like little red burned spots for like 4 days the got lighter through the days. Did have a funny smell but , over all it’s did a great job! The picks are from the day off and then 6 days after. Over all I love it it worked and I do plan on using it for my other once. I order now for my mom she loves it.It was so worth the money and better then using the little rubber bands they have for skin tags that fall off at times

My husband had a lot of skin tags on his neck that were unappealing and made him conscious of his appearance. After a thorough research of similar products I ended up buying this product and am so glad I did. It works like a charm. Skin tags fell off in 3-5 days and my husband is so relieved and feels very comfortable now. Its definitely worth it and priced very reasonably.

This tag remover is the cat's meow. It gets rid of those ugly and annoying skin tags. I did observe that the light near the tip kind of obscures the tag I am trying to burn off. This might be attributed to my eyesight rather than the light. There is a slight burning sensation, which is a normal result of burning off a tag. However, it did not annoy me. I want those tags removed, period.

The older I get, the more skin tags I get. I have spent hundreds at the dermatologist to remove them. Amd found this gem. I bought numbing cream after I tried using it amd the little shocks don't feel good so I recommend numbing cream. After you burn them, they take several days to fall off. But as you can see , it works.

I ordered this product to take care of some skin tags. Instructions were a little interesting to interpret. But I was able to easily figure out what was supposed to go where. This device will remove skin tags. There was some discomfort which lasted a few days. Overall from the time of product use to the time of the skin tags going away was a little less than a week. For at home use I would say this product worked as advertised. I would purchase this again. I will use again when needed.

I'm a 40+ year old Black woman from Louisiana. If you can pluck your eyebrows and sit still for a tattoo, the you're going love it. My husband loves my freckles and moles. But, I've been hating them my entire life. I used it on my neck, chest and face. And I look like a new woman. I'm fairly light skinned. So, my freckles are were very visible. And I never wear makeup because of them. Now, they are ALL GONE. With no scars.
