Unable to review has returned item too big and just decided not to exchange as neede more neck support than back.

Velcro placement for the arm pads is off
This is not bulky under clothing, which is great. It’s got foam bits that are supposed to sit under your arms and there appears to be a piece of Velcro on each strap to keep these in place. However if that’s what the Velcro is intended for, it’s in the wrong place. I placed the arm pads where I wanted them and stitched them to the strap to keep them streamlined under my clothes. Once I’d done that I was rather happy with it. Seems comfortable to wear for extended periods.
