It arrived promptly. It is of good quality and has its own holder. I have been using it daily for a week or so. It has good grip on the floor but somehow my hands tend to slide on it a bit when I do the downward dog. The lines and indicators are super helpful. I know it is standard size but it would be more perfect if it was wider and a bit longer.Overall it was good buy.

material quality is great compare to few cheaper versions used before, Grip is perfect and it has more width compare to others. the picture looked similar one to others but the width in actual is definitely larger than other used.it gives smooth movement when using roller on it, satisfied

Great product, very comfy - has reduced a lot of discomfort from wrists and knees.It is soft, so if someone walks over it in trainers, they will permanently mark/scuff it!if you are sweaty, you will need to use a towel over the top. Highly recommended as your exercise must have list.

I bought it for my self , since I am trying to reduce my extra fat. Premium material used both sides are anti slip and the lines let you align your body while work outs.The steps and bag makes it very easy to carry around especially while travelling.
