We got this for our 5 year-old daughter who is using it in gym class.The leotard is made of a nice, soft, thicker fabric and has criss-cross straps on the back that are a nice design element. By now we have washed it several times and it is holding up nicely, so quality wise no complaints.Two things we noticed:- Our daughter is average size and weight for her age class, and while the length of the leotard is perfect it is a little wider / looser than we would like. So, length is true to size but fit is a little larger than expected.- Putting this on by herself can be a bit of a challenge for our daughter - she tends to get her feet caught in the straps that form the pattern on the back.Other than these two minor issues (that might not be an issue for you at all) this is a nice and functional leotard.

I didn't know this brand so was slightly hesitant to purchase, but I really love it. It's a satiny nylon but it's not shiny. I'm not really into the flashy sequined or shiny things- I bought the black and think black ballet leotards should be rather simple with maybe a cool design in the back for a little flair. My daughter is 3 and a half and wears 4T tshirt and tops, and 4T leggings, though occadionallly some skirts or shorts are too loose in the waist and she needs 3t. Previously I bought her an XS leotard from the dance section in target. That fits her just right but is snug now and I'm anticipating it will soon be too tight. So I bought her the 130 size. I haven't tried it on her yet but I held it up and compared the two- this is definitely a bit bigger, so it may be slightly loose still- we will see ( I'll update) but not that loose. If it's still big it should fit her soon. I also bought two Danskin leotards in 6x (which everyone said run small and to buy a size up), and they are even a little bit bigger ( longer) than this one, but not by too much. Those are cotton and may shrink a bit in the wash. This one won't. I think I bought the right size- as a size smaller might fit more snugly but would soon be outgrown.All in all, I think this is a very nice leotard. Fun strappy back with a little flair, but not too over the top. The material is a nice quality, soft and silky to the touch and will be cool to wear against the skin. The construction appears to be high quality and the garment is well made- not cheap or poorly sewn which was my concern. I am very pleased with the purchase and will absolutely consider buying this brand again.

Ordered a 8-9 year old size for my 6 year old and it’s very small. I do have a tall 6 yo but this looks like it would fit a 4 year old. Nice quality though. But I would size up.

The cute leotard is made of a thicker material. It is a little stiff but after washing it may be better. The back has cute little straps.

Great quality and perfect fit. I sized up cause my daughter is a little thick but it ended up being a little too big. Shes 8 1/2 and normally wears a 10/12 which fits good but long on her. The 9-10 was too big but going to save it for next year. I ordered a smaller size 8-9 and it fits perfectly. The fabric is nice and thick and doesn’t show snags like others do. Great value for the price.

My daughter loved the style, I ordered a size larger, as other dance outfits I purchased ran small, however this one I guess was true to size, so my daughter will have to wait a year or two . . . I might return.

Exactly what I ordered. Actually better quality than I expected

Firstly, the sizing runs huge. Size down from normal store sizes. I also wasn’t super impressed with the quality, it looks like it will be see through. It is not lined. I will be returning.
