I was surprised how easy this was to use - the instructions on the box were pretty useless (English translation from Chinese - go figure) and half covered up with a tracking label which I had to soak off.Anyway, it’s not rocket science, I just stood on it and twisted my waist from side to side while holding up the handles at waist height to balance. It is very easy to balance on it as the disc is very stable. The stretchy straps/handles are also very strong so I don’t feel at all unsteady on it ( and I have balance issues so that’s saying something)Will I go from a 34 inch waist to a 24 inch waist? Pigs might fly but it’s fun trying and it’s still ‘exercise’ so can’t do any harm!

This is ok for some exercising but you need good balance to exercise on a disc of this size!!!!

So easy to use and love the two resistance bands on each side as they can help balance you as you twist but also exercise your arms at the same time. You can really feel it in your legs and waist as you twist. Overall a really good way to exercise the body which doesn't involve too much effort.

This make exercising much more fun! And it actually works in working out your abdomen as well as both forceps and triceps. The only thing I would have liked is to some how design the length of the elastic pulling bands to be adjustable or different resistant levels. It is otherwise a great device for a fun workout

I was looking for a green twist board as I was told by someone that doing exercises on a green surface is beneficial so I have everything green yoga mat, skipping rope. So I could only find this green colour on Amazon with the attached rope but this had no reviews and I was skeptical but this is very good price for money. Enough space for my feet and the rope provides extra support. Overall it is very good. Whole body workout in just 20 mins.

I was recommended to try this as I have a bad back and find exercise difficult but I need to loose weight especially on my waist. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and seem to be firming up around my tummy.The foot plate is like a massage and the strings add stability which I definitely need.Easy to hide away when not in use.
