Super great customer service, and driver!!! Used for RC hobby cars! Works awesome, last a long time on a single charge!! Had a small issue with first unit! Contacted CS, and they immediately shipped me a new driver, with the complete kit, and accessories. No questions asked! They shipped it out Friday. And I received it on.....Sunday!!! I was surprised at how most of the heads are tiny but I have used it many times since purchasing and it works great! There was another one for sale that had higher torque I think. It could use higher torque.

Gets the job done very quickly

I have plenty of tools, especially cordless drills, but sometimes when working on lights, fans, outlet boxes, etc, I come across these long winded, fine thread screws. Cordless drills will do the job for me, but they are a bit cumbersome and will be another thing to pack around with me. I have checked out many of these smaller electric screwdrivers, but they were all larger than I would like. The Avid screwdriver is perfect for this kind of work. I do not need high torque, when messing with these small screws. The Avid has more power than I need, feels small in the hand, the LED light is useful. The AC sniffer does work, but I use my Fluke for that. I though I would never need those tiny 5/32" bits included in the kit, but low and behold, the first thing this screwdriver did for me is tighten screws in reading glasses. Very happy with this purchase so far. If it dies prematurely, I will edit this review.

Noticed not really powerful but did the job... until the 3rd time I used it and it was completely locked up to drive the screw in. Reverse still worked as did every other feature, and I even thought about just keeping it as a hand powered driver but it would rotate preventing me from doing so.

I like the ease of use. I removed then installed two ceiling fans/lights without having to charge the battery. Still charged with a few more uses.

I bought this to help me put together some furniture i purchased online. I found the screwdriver didn’t have enough torque to screw the screws in even with after pre-drilling. It just wasn’t much help.
