DVD player stopped working
Bought it for DVD player. After watching 6 movies over the past few months it stopped working.

DVD does not function
I purchased this TV/DVD product and it was delivered on Sunday. Today is Tuesday and I have finally given up on ever being able to watch a full length DVD movie. The picture is great, the sound is sub par but the DVD will start a playback and then suddenly quite functioning. It seems to get warmed up and then it locks up, stops playing and will not accept any further control inputs. I have to turn the power off and let it sit for a while before I can turn it back on in order to eject the DVD. I have tried new DVD’s and older ones that play just fine on my other equipment. It never worked and if it had, 2 days for $200.00 is still not anywhere worth the expense! My suggestion is that if you see this unit or brand for sale run the other way as fast as you can!

Tiny buttons on remote
Loved the size, picture and sound quality but two things are a problem. The buttons on the remote are small and the words that tell you what the buttons do are even smaller and the print does not have enough contrast with the background it is printed on. I’m using this asa bedroom set and I need to turn on a light to read any button except mute, power and volume. Second, i have not been able to figure out how to get my DISH remote to turn the set off/on or change volume. Otherwise, I am pleased with my purchase. Oh, and the dvd player works great!

I would give this a rating of 5 stars, However, the only little problem with the Norcent with built in DVD 24in is that the DVD player only plays for like 30 mins and than it ejects the cd out. And that's a bummer because I like to listen to my CD's on it but I can't finish jamming out because it won't let me hear all the CD. Needs to be resolved some kind of way if it plans to get a higher rating from other customers in the near future. Other than that the volume is great, the picture quality is beautiful and the remote is a little small but the value for the money was good.

Worked as Advertised

Worked at first.....
Bought this for my camper, it worked through 1 movie, after that it struggled to play dvds and would not go passed the menu on any movie. I don't know if it over heats or what the issue is. After turning it off and back on it will start to play a movie, but then it will freeze and you can't do anything but turn it off and back on. I will buy a DVD player to hook up to it, but as of now it is just a pain in the butt trying to watch a full movie.

DVD is broken and won’t read
At the moment 3 stars. Only issue is Tv arrived with broken dvd player. Spits out disk saying read error (5 different dvds and same outcome). I’ll keep you updated on the replacement and let you know how that turns out.
