These are for food Prep , they are very durable and you can use them to store frozen food as well. They keep your food fresh.I can make my salads for lunch for the whole week on monday and when I get to friday it is still fresh. These bowls are very durable.It's great because they are also dishwasher safe. They are reusable but they are so economic that if you lose a top or have to throw or give one away you really don't mind. I have bought these several times and will buy them again

Good size for leftovers, sturdy. The lids fit great and are see thru!

Good bowls, bad vacuum.
These are very good for reheating food in the microwave. What I don't like is that when stacked, they are very hard to seperate. The individual bowls don't want to come apart due to vacuum caused by the design.

Amazing!! this is the best plastic bowls I've ever used!
It's extremely durable! I can easily cook any ramen on this. Just put the noodles and pour boiled water. Your ramen will be ready in 5 mins. I've tried other plastic bowls. They're much more fragile than this.
