USA PanBakeware Nonstick Cookie Sheet Pan, Small

We have had a few of these now and I have always been very pleased with them and their quality. They make they make great cookies and heat very evenly for things like frozen pizzas and reheating breads. Over time they do tend to get a patina of brownish stains from oil and residue. As a result, they are a bit difficult to keep clean long-term. The Teflon is very good and things tend not to stick, but if grease sits for a while on a hot sheet, it is almost unavoidable. I'm deducting one star because we keep replacing them over the years and it would be nice to have a longer lived sheet. The ones I bought 5 or 6 years ago. Had a bit of rust around the edges because they would sometimes trap water from the dishwasher in the layers. The ones I have bought in the last two years have not had that problem though.

TIL (today I learned) that many higher end companies use this brand under their own name and sell at a much higher cost. I was happy to find these pans here at a fraction of the cost.As a fan of the old air bake type pans and trying to avoid having burnt baked goods (operator and old oven error) I have tested numerous pans.I have found US Pans are exceptionally constructed and cook evenly, even with an oven that has a mind of its own.These pans have a ridged bottom and one lower side edge to allow items to be slid off.They are lightweight and are easy to clean. For the lower price here on Amazon or at some of the discount home brick and mortar stores, it is definitely worth trying this brand.

USA Pans are MAGIC and worth the $. My notoriously difficult- to -remove- from- pan- without- breaking cookies slide right off. After >10 years, my original 2 sheets had started to decline in their nonstick performance. So I decided to grab a couple more … only to find cookie sheets no longer available. These are a different shape than my first ones (vertical sides), but the only ones I could find. They were a little more expensive but are working terrifically and the vertical sides don’t seem to cause edge cookies to brown more. I highly recommend the USA Pans! I’ve also bought them for several family members.

The pans (I have another one also) are great. They are easy to handle, sturdy, they don't bend of "pop" and clean up like a dream! They are my "go to " baking sheets. Highly recommend.

High quality, great for baking and easy to clean

Great quality pans just like my other USA ones but I didn’t realize one edge is narrow than the other 3 sides which is ok for my use but buyer beware if you wanted to put something that might drip on them.

USA Pans are just the best! The nonstick surface is amazing! You just take your spatula and push the cookies off onto your cooling rack. I wish I had known about these years ago.

I bought this pan for my RV and liked it so much I bought another one for my house. It is completely non-stick. Very easy to clean and one side of the pan is elevated which makes it very easy to get it out of the oven. This was a very easy 5 stars for me.

Baking cookies

The Size 18x14 Scoop tray is excellent Value for money the product is sturdy Aluminium Clad tray weight 1.1kgs feels strong and does not warp on heating. Very Smooth finish hence baked items are easy to glide of the tray. USA PAN quality is unbeatable. I handwash them in sink as the inlay card on the tray recommends not to dish wash the tray.

It’s a good baking tray and fits perfectly in my oven. Only it’s very heavy and cannot be easily picked up using one hand.

USA Pans bakeware is the best I have come across.
