This is a sturdy heavy shelf. The instructions are crap, but it's pretty easy to figure out.Looks nice. Take your time to do it right, 8 holes in the wall can be an issue..lol

Easy to assemble. Quality is good. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn’t have a backing and it looks weird. Otherwise the shelf is nice.

The assembly was honestly a bit of a guessing game since the instructions were poorly translated and often just nonsense. The photos were very helpful, however. The shelf itself is sturdy and looks great once built.

Just like all the other reviewers have stated, the instructions don't make sense and you kinda have to use common sense to put it together. Also I had to drill the holes for the piece that connects the shelf to the wall, that wasn't obvious in the instructions or the pictures, assembly took longer because of this. Once put together tho the shelf is pretty sturdy. I like that there is an opening for wires to go through.

When the package was received it had a huge whole in the front of the box. When opening to examine before putting it together, there was a huge crack that was deep in the main board all the way across vertically. Was afraid it would snap in half. Very disappointed. Returning.

The instructions are garbage.Hopefully I can find some instructions somewhere online, otherwise it's going in the dumpster. I would be embarrassed to even give this to someone for free as a gift.EDIT: I upgraded this to two stars because I was actually able to figure out how to assemble it, and once I did, it is a very sturdy, high-quality piece, and I may actually order it again in the future.But the instructions are SO bad that I really cannot recommend this to anyone until they fix them. If you read them, you will probably guess that they are a direct and literal translation from Japanese, and many of them make absolutely no sense in English, or in the context in which they are given. There is zero mention of the cam bolts in in the instructions, just "make side vertical," which is not acceptable as an instruction, imo. Fortunately, I know how to use cam bolts, but someone who isn't familiar with them in definitely going to struggle with this entire assembly.

Really easy to install. Good quality. It looks awesome in the wall. Great for placing any item that you like.

No pre-drilled holes for corner/wall mount brackets, needed drill and extra assistance. Instructions were not helpful, but once assembled, very happy with the product

This product came with inadequate assembly instructions and brackets which were significantly larger than the diagram. In order to make them work , they would have to be mounted in a way that would result in them being more visible when mounted on the wall. Ugly, not practical and poor workmanship.
