Seriously best coffee I’ve had in a long time. I have stomach issues and this coffee is easy on my stomach due to low acid and what not. The also tried the buttery caramel flavor and this is now my new favorite. It’s so smooth you hardly need any creamer.

I had to stop drinking coffee a decade ago and I still shouldn't be drinking it but I put it one teaspoon for one cup. NO acid reflux. That's amazing. I don't drink more due to the meds I'm on. I got the medium, so it's not too strong. It's also very delicious with a little honey and oatmilk. I drink it every other day, maybe 3 times a week at the most, so I don't overdo it.

We are loving this coffee. Although a little pricy. The taste and no acidity makes for such a smooth cup of coffee. It’s definitely worth it.

I saw a FB add about this being a hand picked, mold free tested and organic coffee and wanted to try it out. It is very smooth without the bitterness or aftertaste. It is not very strong and for me lacked any real flavor. I tried it with my normal milk and sugar, but realized that it wasn't necessary so my second cup was 95% black with less sugar. For the price Im not sure I will buy it again but it is something to occasionally mix in. It is still much more reasonably priced than a coffee shop.

I have been experimenting with coffee companies and various brands for years now. When I ordered Fabula organic coffee, I based my purchase on the advertised no mold aspect not on the really expensive component of the purchase. I was excited when I received it and made my first batch right after getting it. Much to my surprise, I was very disappointed in both the flavor and the value of the coffee. I wanted to like this product and tried pour over as opposed to coffee machine. I obtained the same lackluster results. I will not promote any competing brands by name however a locally produced coffee near my area has coffee at less than half the price and its flavor is excellent compared to Fabula’s product. I can assure anyone who reads this that I will not buy this company’s products ever again. In my opinion it is a waste of money especially compared to the overall quality of the product.

I’ve struggled to find a low-acid coffee that actually tastes like a great cup of coffee—until trying Fabula. I’ve had plenty of high-acid coffees in the past that left a harsh, unpleasant taste, but this coffee is a completely different experience. The low-acid quality is noticeable, but what really impressed me is the taste. It’s smooth, rich, and enjoyable without that sharp acidic flavor I’ve experienced with other coffees. Even the smell and overall quality give you the impression that you’re drinking a clean, high-quality coffee. For anyone who loves coffee but doesn’t enjoy the harsh taste that can come with more acidic coffees, I highly recommend giving Fabula a try. Great flavor, smooth finish, and excellent quality. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to coffees.

Awesome...best coffee I've had since I lived in Germany... smells as good as it tastes... even with the bag sealed the aroma hits me when I open the cupboard. I ordered whole beans and got it tastes as wonderful. I can even drink it black and I like my coffee with creamer and monkfruit sweetener.

Decent coffee. Stupid packaging. The coffee is good, I like it. However their packaging is designed such that if you "Pull Here" like it says you will destroy the Ziplock function and not be able to reseal the bag Not sure who thought this was the design but it's terrible. Just do a normal tear off top like everyone else.
