The media could not be loaded.  Guys, let's be honest, most of us reading this know what this is; but we also know there are a lot of fakes out there, or versions of this that either don't work, or don't come with what they promise. The included MicroSD card in my case was labelled Sandisk [16GB], although whether that in itself is genuine or not I do not know. Either way, before using this, it is worth making sure the MicroSD card is firmly seated inside the DS cart, and hasn't come loose at all during transit.This cart however DELIVERS; and it works fine even on an updated n3DS, no tricks or funny business required, pop it in, load whatever game title shows to the OS, and you'll boot into the loader to chose whatever you want from the card. As an additional aside, when in game, press ABXY buttons and L/R triggers all at the same time, and it will soft reset back to the loader, so you don't need to exit back to the DS/3DS menu every time to chose another game.Review the games list provided with the pictures on the Items page, and every single one of them is on there at point of me writing this (26/3/23), and having tried a number of them so far, they have all worked/loaded, and all saved. If you add other NDS backups to the SD card in the right space, the card will also allow you to access those making this invaluable for an archiver or someone who wants to protect their physical collection from wear and tear.The only caveat I noticed was that the included microSD card is almost COMPLETELY full on receipt, if there are games on here that don't have save segments generated yet, or you add extra ROMs, you are liable to run out of space, and between MicroSD cards coming loose in transit, potentially duff/failed microSD cards and issues caused by simply running out of space, I suspect that is where the low number of poor reviews for this item have come from.With this in mind, if you can I'd recommend immediately backing up the contents of the included MicroSD card to your PC [so you a backup copy of all included data just incase] and keep the originally supplied MicroSD card in the case for safe keeping.Then use use a separately purchased high quality 32GB MicroSD from the likes of Sandisk/Samsung etc (formatted to FAT32); they really don't cost much these days; and create a fresh copy of the original MicroSD card using the backup you stored on your PC, this way you better know the quality of the MicroSD card doing all the storage, and have more space leftover on the card for additional backups, fresh save data etc. It also means if you encounter any issues at a later date with the MicroSD card, you still have the backup of all the pre-included data on your PC, and the original MicroSD card kept separately so you never lose everything unless the actual cartridge fails.Another trick I noticed is the first time you load a game, in some cases it seems as though it spends 5-20 seconds doing some background processing, perhaps generating save files on the microSD etc, and it does not load properly. If you give that game say 20 seconds, and then soft reset or reload the cartridge, it will typically work perfectly from then onwards. Seems the first time a game is paid the background processing and potentially simultaneous read/writes are a little too much for it, but after that first time, as long as the background processing is allowed to complete, you will be fine.Either way, this cart delivers in spades!

Had an old Nintendo, this works, pretty sure all the games are there and functioning.I’m not sure if the SD card will run out of space if I make too many save games though

I found my DS while deep cleaning an attic and I have decided to give it to my daughter who is 4.It has surprisingly quick loading time.I was skeptical to buy it but glad it has lots of games like Cooking Mama, Nintendo dogs, animal crossing, Mario Kart and I know she will like those types of games.It has loads of game I played originally too (Harvest Moon, Professor Layton, Zelda) and they all worked.

I know there’s a few that say 500+ games but slot of em don’t work, but this one does. I’ve tried em all and they all work👍👍
