First, this company is outstanding with its customer support. Responses are fast and personal. This product is relatively small, portable and powerful. It will power a small, 450 watt max window AC for a couple hours. I've tested it with 200 watts of solar panels without issue (it won't go beyond 200 though as published). My only fear is its lifespan since it isn't true LiFePO4 chemistry. I think it's advertised at 1,500 cycles but it was cheaper than other similar products (bought for less than $750 during its inaugural sale). I'd still buy it again.

After using this a few times on my camping trip (coffee pot, waffle maker all worked great) it stopped charging up. I notified the company and they got a new charging cord out to me, which didn't work. They then immediately sent a new battery after we went through some pics and videos of it. I bought the solar panels from them, too, after realizing how reliable they could be. It's the least expensive large battery out there, and with great customer service, can't be beat.

My battery was not working. They reached out to me and fixed the problem. Very professional. Quick delivery and very reliable equipment. It works like a glove.

Great power station at a great price 1100 Wh 50Ah easy to carry handles at 30lbs. Ports? PD 2way delivery, USb, USc, cigarette plug 3 AC ports & more ..., Best of all it can power an Instant Pot .. mine is a 3 quart which consumes less power than larger oneswhile camping & still have power for other things like phone & fan plus?A delivery guy said my address did not exist?? BougeRV sent another & gave great after the sale customer service... The manual is well written with helpful instructions with clear diagrams.Highly recommend this great value & well designed product that anyone can use within minutes .. after charging :)

Needed a 1000+ watt powerstation to run small appliances like a microwave. Overall the item appears well made with good features. AC brick charged at 204 watts, 12v charger inputs about 100 watts. Did find a couple things that are minor issues:1. The powerstation only came with one solar cable..a Mc4 to Anderson type...BougeRV should have also included the Mc4 to 8mm cable with the 8mm to 5.5mm adapter as the DC input barrel port is an 5.5 mm and 8mm plugs on solar panels by Jackery and Goal Zero will not work with the BougeRV Powerstation without the 8mm to 5.5 reducer.2. MAIN DISPLAY stays on all the time when outputs are being used and there no way to dim.or shutoff the display per feedback to this issue from Bouge customer support.3. 12v car charging cord is way too short. Powerstation has to be in front seat to use.BougeRV customer support is based in China, however your texts and emails will be answered but delayed by a day or so.Pairing the BougeRV Powerstation with the BougeRV 120w solar briefcase would be a good match.

We even plugged our window AC unit into it on high, after an solid hour still had 25% of charge left. While camping it was GREAT.
