Unfortunately, my order arrived broken, leaving me with sweet crumbs instead of the adorable cookies shown on the packaging. They were shipped wrapped in plastic rather than in a box, causing them to be crushed under a heavy load during transport despite being clearly perishable in a see-through bag. Eating crumbs when you expect to enjoy a cookie with your favorite brew is disappointing.""Perhaps it was my mistake to expect cookies to be shipped successfully online. However, this experience taught me a valuable lesson."

COOKIES WAS OLD I WAS SO UPSETSAFE YOUR MONEY

Received package with cookies however all cookies in individual bags are broken and/or crumbs. The cookies are delicious but wish they weren’t broken
