These heel inserts solved my problem perfectly. I got them to fix the heel area of my shoes that were rubbing and causing blisters, and they work great. The adhesive is strong - they stay in place and don't slide around or fall off, even after walking all day. They've really fixed the fit issue and now I don't get blisters or have my heels cut up anymore. The cushioning is soft and comfortable without being too bulky, and the mesh material is breathable so my feet don't get sweaty. The 8-pack is excellent value - plenty to use in multiple pairs of shoes or have extras on hand. Easy to apply and trim if needed. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good heel protectors. Do exactly what they are intended to do. Would give them a 5 star rating except I had considerable trouble peeling off the paper that covers the adhesive.

They'll do for for a bit. They don't stick well enough.

Very poor quality. The cushion doesn’t adhere well enough to withstand wearing of the sneaker. Not only does the top edge roll down and stick to my sock, but the second day the cushion was separating from the adhesive. Theses are very poor quality. Great idea for a product but very poor quality and design.

I had a pair of tennis shoes that had ripped from the heel and I really didn't want to throw them because they were in very good condition, so I bought these. The heel inserts adhesion it's great and I don't feel uncomfortable at all. It was easy to place and hasn't moved since. It worked nicely for my size 7 shoes, covered the entire hole and so far it has lasted.

Love these things. They provide the right amount of padding, and they last significantly longer than other heel guards I’ve tried. They also cover more of the heel area than most other options out there. No more heel-on-plastic discomfort from wearing through the fabric on the back of my shoes!

I had high hopes for these inserts, but they fell a bit short. They arrived vacuum-sealed and were very thin upon opening. I let them sit for a full 24 hours to see if they would expand further, but there was no noticeable change. Using calipers, I measured the thickness at about 1.73 mm (.068") initially and 5.33 mm (.21") after expanding. That’s only a 3.6 mm (.142") increase—just over an eighth of an inch—which isn’t very thick overall. They are soft and would likely work fine for light use, but for me, they simply don’t provide enough thickness or cushioning to be truly effective.

Worked a treat on the kids shoes, will get more life out of them yet
