Feels nice to use, everything looks good, however it very rarely reads when I'm breathing out. Keeping because I can still use it for mindful breathing and as a way to help me quit smoking but for what it's actually supposed to do it's basically useless EDIT: turns out if you block the holes in the mouthpiece it will work every time...would have liked any sort of directions so I could have avoided this but hopefully this helps someone else.
