This is one of the best-tasting protein powders I’ve tried! The cookies & cream flavor actually tastes like a milkshake, and it mixes super easily with no clumps. I’ve noticed great results with recovery and muscle gain since switching to this brand. The only downside is the price — it’s a bit on the expensive side. That said, it’s totally worth it when you can grab it on sale. Stock up when it’s discounted — your workouts (and taste buds) will thank you!

I started to not bother writing a review as this product already has a lot of favorable reviews. I decided to go ahead so I could tell my story. I initially started my weight loss journey in March of 2022. Mainly through intermittent fasting. I quickly started losing weight and I was ecstatic. At that point, feeling hyped up by the weight loss, I decided to join a local gym. My main focus was weight loss. I only really cared about seeing the numbers drop on the scale…and drop they did. I am 5’2 and my starting weight was 156. I have a small frame and have been anywhere from 103 (high school) to 122 (after having 2nd child). Most people felt 156 looked great on me…maybe so but to me it was too much. My stomach always stayed relatively flat, so the weight was in my thighs and butt. Anyway, I digress. So after joining the gym in May I was able to get my weight down to 128 by mid August. Although I was down to 128 my body didn’t look tone. I was thinking it was because of my age (45). I was disappointed as I thought that would just be the way it was. I ended up having a conversation with someone in the gym and they suggested I increase my protein intake and start focusing on weight training. I agreed. After about 2 months of consistent weight training (4-5x a week) and consistent whey protein intake my body started to transform. I COULD NOT believe it. Maybe subconsciously didn’t think it would work. I also increased my caloric intake as well because I was so focus initially on losing weight I was in a severe caloric deficit. I am now at about 130-132 and I’m am loving the way my body looks and feel. I’m not done sculpting yet but I am so excited to see what I’ll be looking like by May 2023, which be a year since starting the gym. I’m not trying to look like a pro body builder or anything like that, I just want to be nicely toned. I LOVE THIS WHEY PROTEIN. It is the way to go if you are trying to build muscle and tone. I ordered it in vanilla flavor and the taste isn’t bad. I definitely recommend! 👍🏾👍🏾

If you're looking for a high quality protein shake that will give you good results, DEFINITELY get this! If you're looking for dessert, I suggest you look elsewhere for a healthy treat. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it doesn't taste great. It's tolerable but nothing like what the flavor says it is. It mixes good in a blender and is easy on the stomach. I find it doesn't make too full either. I also feel so much better after working out after drinking this. I prefer to blend mine with milk to make it taste better and it has a medium thickness. If you do use water, make sure it's chilled in the fridge and throw some ice cubes in there to make it better. I suppose you could use some plant based milks too.

I'm not going to say it tastes good–I think that's asking for too much. But the Cookies N' Cream flavor is not gross, has a high-quality blend of ingredients, and is easy to get down once a day after a workout. It is VERY sweet though, so prepare yourself. I tried the chocolate flavor as well, which was disgusting, because it doesn't taste like chocolate at all.. more like something that's chocolate flavored, like an ersatz chocolate of some kind (I suppose because that's exactly what it is!). Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle). Results-wise, it's definitely been helping. I've been following Bigger Leaner Stronger, and slowly sculpting my body. This shake helps me get to my daily macro protein target, which is roughy 1:1 body weight to grams of daily protein. I'm cutting weight right now, and ALSO getting stronger, which is rare in someone my age who historically frequently works out (and so my body is already adjusted to weight training).

Out of all the whey protein I have tried in the past this is by far the tastiest. I like the texture of this as well. Most other whey protein powders seem chalky to me. It gets a little foamy but not bad. I would definitely buy this again.

I've been using the nitro tech performance series protein by muscle tech for a while now and it is great for building lean muscle mass and tastes amazing especially the chocolate and the cookies and cream flavor. I've ordered it multiple times on Amazon and have received authentic product every time and Amazon delivery has also been spot on.

Bon produit. Le gout cookie cream est plutôt pas mal (le gout c'est un peu toujours le même problème sur ces produits). Depuis que je prends après mes séance j'ai bien pris en masse musculaire (plus que sans) et je n'ai aucun problème en respectant la dose recommander. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermé.

The product is nice and silky. No "bits" like in "optimum nutrution Mass Gainer: Chocolate". The flavour is good without any extras, goes great with milk. Checking the quality is bit hard since the qr code is smaller than my calves-non existent. Make sure you look for scoop inside.
