Sauna Rocket - is the best on the market. I used my sauna rocket two person sauna almost every day for four years. I wanted more steam so I recently got the Two Steam Machine configuration, they just started recently offering this. Great Company, Great product, you wont be disappointed.

Have been looking for a quality steamer, this product works well for a few weeks with moderate usage. However, both steamers failed to keep working after a month and a half. Dissatisfied with the quality for the price.

Only one unit works. The other turns on but then shuts off once it starts to boil. Also, note that “capacity” is spelled wrong on the UL cert sticker, which makes me question if either of these are safe to use.I’m returning both.

Still haven’t had a reply from customer service. The steamers have stopped working and the metal poles have rusted. Both are supposedly under warranty for a year. I’m wondering if they will honor it or if there is a customer service. I love the product when it’s working, so I wish they would stand behind their product.Original post:I purchased these in January 2023 and actually love using the Sauna Rocket. I tell everyone I know. However, the “fogging” function quit and the digital displays starting malfunctioning after about 6 months of use. After 9 months, the digital displays have completely malfunctioned and I can’t operate the units. I reached out to customer support for them to honor the 1 year warranty and I have not received a response.

There is no way to seal the lid on the steamers so all the hot steam escapes. I had to put 10lb weights on top and even then when I was in the tent it would boil and spit the steam at me. Horrible design. They need to re engineer the tops so they actually seal

One won’t turn on. I have tried to contact seller through different channels and have gotten nothing from them.
