Better than expected
Although these have good reviews I didn’t have high expectations. I was happily surprised with them. I’ve only used the black pair so far. I added them to a pair of black sandals that have a suede-like footbed so I was nervous these wouldn’t stay put but they did. They added the much needed arch support I was looking for. Don’t expect these to make a pair of flats into a birkenstock, with excellent and firm arch support but they add enough support to make flats more comfortable. I normally will not buy any shoe that doesn’t have excellent arch support but it’s hard to find nice looking shoes, especially sandals, that have good arch support. Now that I know these work so well I will be able to add a few new shoes to my wardrobe.

Supportive, But Not the Best Sticking Ability
I ordered this assortment to be able to augment arch support in sandals this summer. Am not so sure about the claim that they're "reusable", as the first pair I tried went into a pair of slippers. After only a few days of wear, the sticky backing gave up and the cushions were coming loose. I ended up using a glue stick to put them back on, and they are holding better now.The next time I use one of the arch support sets I'll be sure to try them in brand new shoes/sandals, and have that glue stick ready if I need to add more adhesive. As far as the support offered, it is really helpful to feet like mine with a high arch. I like the various colors in this package, too.

Arch Support Shoe Inserts
I find this product to be fantastic. Great value for the money. They are sticky enough and very comfortable to me. I am mostly flat-footed, and they give enough support in shoes where I cannot jam a large arch support into.

Too high for my feet
I've started getting a bunion and was told that arch support shoes can help with that. Unfortunately the arch is too thick on these and hurt my feet even more. For someone with higher arches they'd probably be great. They stick well to shoes and clean easily.

Good Moderate Support for High Arches or OverPronation
I have high arches that seize up with pain when wearing shoes with minimal to no arch support. My left foot also overpronates due to an old ankle injury. While these aren't miracle supports, they do a good job of providing moderate support that relieves pain. These simple supports are suitable for everyday shoes or shoes where the shoe cushion needs extra support. They are easy to put in your shoes and stick well. I haven't had a problem with them moving around at all. They also maintain their stick if you have to adjust their position in the shoe. They don't damage the shoe either.Due to their price and effectiveness, I've bought 2 pairs and have put them in almost all of my shoes. Highly recommend for everyday use!*Positioning Tip - cut out the support from the plastic square as seen in the photo. Leave the plastic on under the support so as to not expose the stick. Then, place them in your shoe and experiment with different positionings. Mark with a pencil. Peel and stick!

Not helpful
I couldn’t get this in the right place inside my shoe. Placing and replacing then resulted in it not staying in place.

Great for plantar fasciitis for flat shoes
I have plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. There are some of my flat shoes that I can no longer wear. With these I can. I had to make sure it was positioned correctly. Once in the correct spot they are great! I am also very surprised that the sticky part stays in place.

Help with shoes that cannot accommodate an orthotic
Makes it possible for me to wear mules which I cannot do with my regular orthotic. I have been able to wear "normal" shoes with these adhered to the arch. I ordered more so that I can put them in other shoes that I purchased BECAUSE I can put these in them. I still have a problem with shoes that have a heel area with no depression, so they aren't miracle workers but they make it possible to wear some styles of shoes that I couldn't wear before.
