I am stunned of how revolutionary this book is for the raw vegan desserts world. Im preparing raw vegan treats for years now and I tried hundreds of various recipes. Still I have never encountered so much creativity and sophistication. Some combinations and textures are simply genius. This books is showing incredible new ways of using the raw vegan ingredients to render gourmet results. The Chocolate Mouse Cake with Cherry Jam is an absolute masterpiece!! I haven't tasted yet in my life something so delicious, raw vegan or not! My rendition of this recipe may be modest in appearance comparing to the original but the taste is divine. No compromise! Congratulations to the author! Im so grateful to have come across to this book.

Crystal created such an amazing recipe book. Easy to follow directions and such beautiful pictures. It blows me away that these are vegan recipes and that you can create these amazing foods with healthy ingredients. Thank you Crystal for all of the time spent in making this amazing book

Elegant Delicious Healthy
I was anxiously awaiting the debut of this book and it is even better then I anticipated! The instructions are clear and specific. The results have been divine!I am a professional vegan cake & dessert designer and I find this book to be the perfect addition to my collection for when I have customers or family members who desire raw desserts. Exquisite Raw Desserts
This is THE book for the finest in raw desserts. If you are not a raw foodist you will be extremely impressed with the variety of decadent desserts in The Art of Raw Desserts by Crystal Bonnet. Everything from creating the basics to making wedding/celebratory cakes is included in this masterclass textbook. I am a carrot cake freak and the carrot cake with orange cheesecake frosting on page 76 is my slice of heaven.

I absolutely LOVE it!
I am so pleased I bought this recipe book which takes you into the wonderful world of raw vegan - and healthy - cake making! This first thing I made was the red velvet brownies - delicious - and I've also made the white chocolate sauce. Now, all I need is a bit of time to myself to have fun in the kitchen trying out some of the other recipes. I think it'll be the doughnuts next! A beautiful creative book with recipes that work.

Truly The Art of Raw Desserts!
Hear me out, I am not a sweet tooth, but when I saw the cover of this book I thought: oh my goodness I want to let my teeth sink into that one! I bought it right away and it's such a beautiful book. The photography is outstanding. You're taken by the hand to learn about the foundations of creating raw desserts, which is so helpful. Anything from chocolate, cakes, tarts, cookies, ice cream and more is at your fingertips. Last but not least, I love that these recipes are not just raw but also healthy desserts.

Agave is very unhealthy
When will people realise that agave is worse than regular sugar as it can be up to 90% fructose and fructose wreaks havoc on your pancreas, liver and blood sugar? It can lead to fatty liver disease! These recipes look amazing but the author relies too much on agave and coconut sugar, though they are admittedly in relatively small amounts. I was hoping for recipes using stevia or dates as the sweetener but don't recall seeing a single mention of stevia. People, please wake up! Agave is a terribly unhealthy sweetener. You're better off using white sugar in controlled amounts 🤦🏻♀️
