Presently available in Black, Red and Volcanic Orange.Made from light weight aluminium with a speckled non-stick inside coating.The entire pan/lid is made from metal; it is oven proof.Because of this, the two built in handles are metal and get hot in use.Use suitable gloves when handling.With the lid, it is approximately 27/28cm high, so you will need the right sized oven to accommodate it.Ergonomic in design, light weight and easy to handle.It can go in the dishwasher but hand washing extends it's life.Do not use metal utensils inside the tagine.There is a small hole in the lid for excess steam.Cooks on all the main type of hobs including induction.This is a quality, ergonomically designed, convenient tagine, with or without it's lid.This is an under-used easy cooking method, producing mouth watering results.

I’ve had many tangines over the years, the last one lasted 4 years before cracking but that was terracotta, this one is much lighter as it’s all aluminium, the tray is deep and can be used for others things. I use the tangible at least 2-3 times per week
