Exactly the same as the old kits.
What a joy it was to find this new release under the Classic range, was exactly the same as the last kit from years ago and came complete with wheel,ski and float options.

Classic
A release of an older kit of a fantastic aeroplane. It is the only model available in 1/72 scale and recommended. Not as detailed as more modern releases but good for beginner and expert alike

Ancient kit.
The Airfix 'Vintage Classics' kits are a bit of a mixed bag. This is one of the more obviously dated ones. Because: 1) There is loads of projecting rivet detail all over the wings and fuselage. Not only does this not look nice it is also unrealistic - the real plane has flush rivetting. 2) There are lots of windows and some of the clear plastic doesn't fit very well e.g. for the small windows in the roof of the cabin.
