Q: How many Shields do I get per order?

Two. One for each of your sleeves!

Q: What side goes against the armpit? The smooth or the breathable side

The breathable side--the smooth side goes against the garment.

Q: Is it 100% - all cotton?

It is cotton on both sides with a vinyl barrier in the middle. Style 670F is all cotton with no vinyl. It is for light protection.

Q: How do you sew them in without the stitches being visible? Will they work for a classical cotton shirt?

The stiches are under the armpit so unless you raise your hand they are not viable. Also, when we put them into shirts we match the thread color to that of the shirt. yes, you can sew them into a cotton shirt or any shirt for that matter.
