Review: Fine quality and value for around the home use. - Reading a few earlier critiques, it was wise to use a small container and a brush. due to this adhesive/cement being a thin viscosity. Works great and is certainly what I had needed.
Review: Completely useless - This can barely be considered glue, let alone contact cement! It dries to a very elastic brown goo which resembles a translucent chewing gum. Doesn't hold anything firmly in place and is a complete waste of time. I ended up using superglue from the dollar shop instead which was much more effective.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What color is this after it cures?**
A: The color of ice, the color of "clear" silicone sealant, etc., may let some light through but would not want to try and see through it.  It is the best contact cement of any I have tried.  Longterm, to prevent a tube from drying out, keep it in the freezer and defrost each time before using.
I like it because it spreads on thin and because the tube keeps its from drying and getting more viscous.

**Q: will this glue ceramic pieces together? Thank you!**
A: It will certainly stick to ceramic, but it is not as strong a bond as some other glues.  It is more flexible, which is great for leather and other soft materials.  Superglue might be better depending on what you need.

**Q: Do you need to use a respirator or a special mask with this glue?**
A: For me there were hardly any fumes at all from this product. I used it at my kitchen table in small amounts so I didnt use any special masks.

**Q: Is this product safe to use on plastic? I am replacing a window in my convertible top and the zipper needs to be sealed and glued to the canvas.**
A: Usu. some sewing is used.  You can test some on a piece of plastic to be sure.
