When I first opened this bag, I wasn’t too impressed because they were all reddish-brown. I know…I know…. They are dehydrated. But I had expected them to still be green.Do not let the color deter you though, because it is the flavor that matters…and these lime slices are packed with fantastic lime flavor. In fact, they seem to have a more potent kick than fresh lime. One slice adds a LOT of lime flavor to my drink. I not only add it to cocktails, but I drop a slice in my water too and it gives it a lovely lime flavor.I am planning on using these to infuse cream for a lime pudding I am making, they are that flavorful! The only thing I didn’t like is that you occasionally get a brown dehydrated seed as well, but that is not too big of a deal. It just means that I will have to strain the liquid when I use them to infuse cream, or whatever I am soaking them in for puddings.I am very happy with these. They are a great touch to my cocktails, like my margarita. I even like them in a glass of sweet white wine. YUM!

These dried limes look impressive floating on the top of a margarita, they just Finnish the appearance off. There are plenty in the pack and being dried will last a while if kept in a sealed bag. They are a little expensive but fun and worth getting if you're into cocktails and that sort of thing.

The NIM's lime slices are great for anyone who enjoys a cocktail. The lime slices themselves are a little bit off putting in colour, but the taste and flavour they add to the drink is sharp and delicious.The bag is resealable to keep them fresher for longer. The value for money is all right but could be improved, but overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

When opening the bag I was disappointed by the appearance. These are not garnishes you will find making your cocktails look pretty.However, they kick out quite a strong lime flavour into the drink. I managed to reuse slices for three drinks whilst the flavour still lasted.I will continue to use these lime slices in my drinks, although I won’t be sharing those drinks on instagram.

I was unsure how effective these dried lime slices would be and thought they might just be for presentation more than anything. Well they are definitely not for presentation because honestly they don't actually look very appealing, but they really add a lovely zing to your drinks. Just drop a slice in and before you know it your drink has a delicious lime kick. Great for cocktails but also really delicious thrown into an ice cold beer.

Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍

A true zesty delight for those of us seeking a healthy snack! These air-dried lime slices add the perfect tangy twist to any beverage or dish. I've been enjoying them with a glass of fizzy water or a splash of coke to spice up my daily sipping. Not to mention, they make for an intriguing garnish in my homemade mocktails. Who said healthy can't be fun and flavourful?

These aren’t decorative slices, like you might use with fresh chopped limes in a bar to add colour and interest to a cocktail or even a curry. They’re really quite ugly, shrivelled up and brown, and some people, if they ordered a drink at a bar and found one of these in it, would probably turn their noses up at it. Despite being nicely packaged, this is not something you use for the visuals.They are really punchy with flavour though, and that’s what counts. They go great in a lager or a wheat beer, just dunk them in before you pour out the bottle, and by the time you’re a little way down the drink, you can really taste the twist of lime that it’s added. The taste certainly feels fresh even if they don’t look it. The same is true for the scent, there’s a lovely tang to them that does smell like the concentrated smell of fresh limes rather than anything freeze dried or treated.My only real gripe about these lime slices is the price. It’s almost ten quid at time of writing, and there really isn’t a lot of limes’ worth of lime slices in this bag. There may be a convenience to them, but for value, you really would be a lot better off getting a couple of fresh limes in and chopping them up just before you need them. So that’s the reason I can’t give them five stars, though I am really enjoying giving my drinks a bit of a twist with them.
