Quality product
Wasn't expecting much being K and K watch looked all around couldn't find any that were fashionable but also nice features. This does both. Bands great quality. The watch itself i went in 2 swimming pools no issue. Still runs great. Nice features and the app is nice too. The earbuds only hold a 4 hour charge but still great sound and will enjoy taking them on my next trip. All in all great purchase. May get another one different color. Very nice set for the price. Love it!!!!!

Very cute
First order I do not receive and they sent a second one. This is a pretty watch set. For those that do not like apple watches this is a great alternative. Cute and stylist and works. You get your messages and tracks your steps etc with it. Comes with 2 cute bands and hopefully they will make more. But this is very cute.

Watch great headphones won’t charge
I was so excited to order this and the watch is working great. Have had no problems with it at all. But I put the headphones on charge as soon as I received them and they charged all night when I went to use them the next day it said they only had 50% used them like 20 minutes and they needed charged again. Very disappointed with the headphones but love the watch. And I really wanted the headphones more than the watch

I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it either.
The watch isn’t too bad after a few adjustments. It’s Kendall & Kylie’s smartwatch, and if you forget that it is, no worries, they plaster their name all over it. You open the watch screen and their name is there as a border. At first, it wasn’t an issue, but after a day of using it, I started researching ways to remove that reminder because it uses up a little bit of precious screen space. After two days of working out, some things that became an issue were that the wristband was really uncomfortable, and it didn’t have a sports watch type of feel. The watch band loops constantly slid down during workouts, sometimes during basic exercises. After getting those issues sorted out, I could finally use the watch as intended. It is super responsive, and the battery life is pretty impressive. It’s sometimes too responsive as it kept vibrating at me because I kept triggering it while I had my arms crossed. The wireless headphones are a nice inclusion for the price point and work perfectly fine. Overall for the price, it was a decent deal. I’ll continue to use it because it does what I need it to do.

Cute and works pretty well but a couple flaws
I have been looking for a fit watch that would link up with my phone and let me know about messages and phone calls etc. I don’t really use headphones ever so those were just kind of a bonus. The first things I noticed when I opened these and went to charge them are that the charge cords are super short, the cord for the ear buds is one of the old mini usb (I think) style that old android phones used to use and constantly get loose and break so I’m sure that will have pretty quickly, and the pretty pink and leopard cover for the ear buds case is removable and the lid part just falls off. It definitely would get lost super easily if I was actually carrying these around.Another issue I ran into was that when I downloaded the app on my phone it wouldn’t let me scroll down the initial page to create a login and I wasn’t able to do it online either. Luckily I contacted customer service and there were able to walk me through changing the display settings on my phone to be able to see the full screen. Once I got the login created I was able to change my settings back and it worked fine. It was kind of a pain to figure out but I appreciate the customer service. After charging the watch up I was able to link it to my phone super easily. I did notice it wanted to update a couple times and when it did, it reset all my settings. But after the first 2 times, I didn’t run into that again. It was pretty easy to get everything set up how I wanted it and I like some of the extra features in the app like period/fertility tracking. I turned on the feature to remind you to move around and was super embarrassed when it reminded me the next day lol. It does a really good job of letting me know about text messages and phone calls even if my phone was quite a few feet away. It would be super nice if I could actually respond to the messages or answer phone calls from the watch but I know that’s a lot to ask from a watch that isn’t specifically meant for my phone. While going out to dinner I loved the ability to see if a text message was important without removing my phone from my purse. Honestly, I will probably use these features a whole lot more than the actual fitness part of the watch. One thing I noticed while at dinner though was that every time I rested my hands in my lap the watch would buzz at me. I would look at it and it was wanting to change the Home Screen/clock face. I’m guessing you change it by a long press on the screen and apparently my lap was triggering that long press. That got really annoying after like 20 times and I’ve noticed it happening multiple times out and about as well, but not as bad as when my hands are resting in my lap. That is definitely a big negative on this set for me. Also the clasp for the band is made of cheap/thin metal and if my arm or wrist was resting on anything it would dig into my wrist leaving marks even with it on a looser setting. I really wish the metal was more rounded so it wouldn’t do that. That has been another pretty significant negative for me as well.As far as the fitness tracking, it has done a really great job with tracking my heart rate as well as steps. I like that I can set goals and then strive to reach them. I do suspect the app running in the background on my phone has been draining the battery extra fast though. Once or twice in the first couple days, I did notice the watch unpairing with my phone and then not tracking any of that information though. The last couple things I’ve noticed is that the weather part of the app seems pretty significantly different from the main weather app on my phone. Not sure how it’s determining my location but I think it’s getting it wrong. Also if you have the watch charging it is really loud when it vibrates, but I have been super impressed with how long it lasts on a single charge. As far as the earbuds, they do feel pretty comfortable in my ears and like they won’t fall out too easily but I will probably only use them on airplanes or car rides pretty much.Overall I think this is a good option for a fit watch and I love that they are part of a bigger network so customer service is very helpful and available. There are a couple areas for improvement but I think I will still use the watch pretty regularly. I would recommend the watch for sure but would probably get it just by itself in the future rather than as a bundle if I needed another one.
